Trộn đều hỗn hợp bột cacao, bột mì, đường trắng, đường nâu, bột quế, bột nở, 1 chút xíu muối vào chung 1 tô lớn.
Cho lần lượt trứng, sữa, 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, giấm, vani vào với hỗn hợp, dùng đũa đánh trứng đánh thật đều phần cốt bánh đến khi tất cả quyện vào nhau.
Thoa đều dầu ôliu lên khuôn nướng bánh, sau đó lót một lớp giấy nến quanh khuôn, tiếp tục thoa thêm một lớp dầu nữa.
Đổ phần hỗn hợp cốt bánh vào khuôn, sau đó làm nóng lò nướng ở 180 độ C, nướng bánh trong vòng 30 phút đến khi bánh chín.
Trong thời gian chờ bánh chín, đánh bông kem sữa tươi đến khi kem có độ cứng, trộn đều với phô mai, đường bột, bột quế, một chút muối, nhẹ nhàng trộn đều hỗn hợp.
Để bánh tự nguội trong vòng 10 phút lấy bánh ra khỏi khuôn. Phết kem lên trên mặt bánh chocolate và thưởng thức thôi.
