6am- wake up, bathe, eat bread for breakfast 7.15am- go to work 9am- start work 6pm- leave work 7.15pm- reach home, bathe, make sandwich toast for dinner. eat while tv is running as background noise 8.45pm- brush teeth, wash face and feet 9pm- lay down to sleep, hoping that you would be blessed enough to not wake up. 1am-still awake not being able to sleep so you end up writing this shit hoping eyes will get tired and finally fall asleep 6am- wake up, realising you are still alive and how unfair life is, that it takes the life of fathers and mothers but not you. repeat.

Ordering groceries online for pickup has been such an improvement to my life. You can make your cart online throughout the week, whenever you think of something and just order it the day you want to pick it up. Totally recommend! Never have to go inside the store again LOL

That's why you make a meal plan for 2 full weeks and shop groceries for it. It's also cheaper to buy stuff for a plan instead of what you feel like at the time.

Me and my wife had this problem. But then we sat down and made an everyday lunch plan for 4 weeks. Then i made a mobile application that whenever you open it, tells you what is the lunch for the next few days. The app has a sync button that fills our shopping list (to do app) with everything that we need to buy for the next week. Problem solved - and as a side effect we throw out less good and our market bills are cheaper.

just buy all basic ingredients, a couple different proteins, onions, tomatos, bellpeppers, rice, pasta, bread, ham, oil, lettuce, cabbage, scallions, chesse, flour, some spices from around the world, thousands of options, get on line and pick a recipe of something you have never tried and give it a go, or several till you get it right or adapt it to personal tastes, youll be surprised every night, learn new things and techniques, if you love to cook this is the way, a well equiped kitchem and lots of ingredients at the ready, ive leard, thai food, korean japanese, nmexican, russian, turkish, polish, portuguese and amny MANY others, some of the most exotic ingrrdients i take note and buy beforehand especifically for a dish

Thats why i usually go the path of picking a main ingredient (say for example something is on sale at the store) then "build" a dish from that, depending on what i have at home and what i can get that isnt too expensive. Like I had lots of cabbage that needed to be used up in my fridge, so i went to the store, saw a nice package of pork for a good price, picked it up and at home made a Pork-Cabbage stew with Pork, cabbage, onion, carrot, garlic, thyme, spices, some mushrooms i had in the freezer, crushed tomatoes, some corn that needed to be used and even 1 bottle of dark beer i had left in the fridge to give it a "musty" flavour. Boiled some rice to that and now i have a nice meal for a few days. (Note that doing this kind of thing may be more difficult for those not being cooks/interested in cooking but I believe in yall).

Alright you goofs I'm pretty much two steps away from being legally retarded and I still had zero problem figuring this one out. Every time you have a good meal just write it down on a Notes app on your phone it takes 4 seconds, and after a month I already have all the dinners lunches and breakfast I'll need for a long time. Just keep a list of what you like, it makes shopping a thousand times easier

Yeah,that is precisely how adulthood is.....when you suddenly dont have a plate set at the table just ready to be eaten and be about your day,you have to put,effort,time and money even afterwards the actual meal to just say you are surviving correctly,accordingly to this society's customs.
