Gà nướng nước cốt dừa được làm từ nguyên liệu chính là thịt đùi gà to và nước cốt dừa, thêm chút gia vị ướp tạo thêm hương vị hấp dẫn. Có thể dùng với cơm nóng rất ngon.
Đùi gà rửa sạch cắt chia mỗi đùi thành 1 phần. Cho vào tô lớn, ướp cùng với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng canh đường, 1 muỗng canh tỏi băm, 1/4 muỗng cà phê gừng băm, 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh và 100ml nước cốt dừa, để yên khoảng 2 tiếng đồng hồ.
Cho thịt gà và nước ướp ra chảo gang, đặt vào lò nướng ở 210 độ C trong khoảng 25-30 phút là được.
