Part of the problem is people who blindly follow what news outlets say. There is global warming but it is a multi faceted problem, for example the milankovich cycles have a much larger impact than the co2 in the atmosphere. We as people are making the changes more rapid and are certainly a factor but again not only by co2 or methane.

How about you don’t have an opinion at all unless you know what you’re talking about. At one time quantum mechanics wasn’t believed by the majority of physicists. For some reason string theory had a ton of hype like 5 years ago, even though it’s complete bullshit. Scientific consensus means absolutely nothing. Although I believe in the validity of such theory, I also think that no viable solution to the global warming issue exists.
